DS58-7
DS58-7 is an oil free Type Two coating which makes an excellent stop-off in electroplating. This is a hard coating that does not peel easily. Recommended dipping temperature is 350°F.

Dip Seal has redesigned all our melting tanks. All our tanks now have a bulb and capillary thermostat from the previous bi-metallic thermostat most of the industry has used for decades. A bulb and capillary thermostat offers more precise temperature control and a more dependable thermostat with far fewer malfunctions. Dip Seal will continue to inventory the original bi-metallic thermostat for a time to be able to provide replacements to our customers as needed.
